We aim to empower our customers with quick, reliable, and transparent loan services tailored to their needs. Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our personal loan sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in personal loan products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales performance through strategic planning and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for personal loan products. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications. Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics. Train and mentor new team members to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
