Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in industrial pumps, drum motors, and hydrocyclone equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial sales, B2B marketing, and customer relationship management within the manufacturing and process industry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in pumps, drum motors, hydrocyclones, and related process equipment.
  • Manage existing client accounts and maintain strong business relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure proper product selection and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Submit timely reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of pumps, drum motors, hydrocyclones, and industrial process equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Technical understanding of fluid handling systems, industrial equipment, or mechanical components.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.AND ANY
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
