KSP INC., a leading global exporter of metal-based home improvement products, is expanding into the domestic Indian market.
● Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to position KSP INC. as an OEM partner to large Indian companies
● Drive revenue growth through structured lead generation, pitching, and deal closure
● Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
● Lead a small sales team and coordinate closely with internal departments on pricing, specifications, and deliveries
● Represent the company in domestic trade shows and buyer meetings
● 10+ years of experience in B2B/OEM sales of sheet metal, pipe bending, or fabricated metal products
● Proven track record of handling large clients or institutional buyers
● Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
● Ability to understand technical drawings, pricing structures, and fabrication processes
● Willingness to travel PAN-India for client acquisition and relationship management
● Lead a new domestic business vertical for one of India’s top export manufacturers
● High-growth opportunity with the freedom to build and scale OEM partnerships from the ground up
