Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to position KSP INC. as an OEM partner to large Indian companies. Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue growth through structured lead generation, pitching, and deal closure. You will also be managing key client accounts, building long-term relationships with decision-makers, leading a small sales team, and coordinating closely with internal departments on pricing, specifications, and deliveries. Additionally, you will represent the company in domestic trade shows and buyer meetings. Qualifications required for this role include having 10+ years of experience in B2B/OEM sales of sheet metal, pipe bending, or fabricated metal products. A proven track record of handling large clients or institutional buyers, strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, the ability to understand technical drawings, pricing structures, and fabrication processes, as well as willingness to travel PAN-India for client acquisition and relationship management.
