About the Role:

Senior Quality Control Manager

This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capability, and proven experience maintaining quality consistency across large-scale metal production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor inspection processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

• Develop and implement quality control systems aligned with export and audit standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Work closely with production, welding, and coating teams to ensure process integrity.

• Supervise testing activities including salt spray, coating thickness, and load-bearing tests.

• Maintain inspection records, analyze quality trends, and prepare regular reports.

• Guide and train QC inspectors to strengthen in-house inspection accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to ensure material and product compliance.

• Support external audits and ensure readiness across all quality checkpoints.

Key Qualifications:

• 78+ years of experience in Quality Control within

  metal manufacturing or fabrication

  .

• Strong knowledge of

  CNC, welding, powder coating, forging, and assembly processes

  .

• Experience with

  ISO, Sedex, or major global retail audits

  preferred.

• Skilled in using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage teams, uphold standards, and perform under pressure.
