Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by promoting our cutting-edge metal additive manufacturing solutions to new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across various industrial sectors. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, procurement professionals, and executives. - Conduct client assessments and propose tailored additive manufacturing solutions. - Deliver effective product presentations and technical demonstrations. - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company targets. - Prepare customized proposals, cost estimates, and value propositions. - Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service agreements. - Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions in CRM. - Technical Collaboration & Support: - Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to align solutions with customer needs. - Stay informed on advancements in metal additive manufacturing technologies and applications. - Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. - Market Development & Representation: - Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry forums. - Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to marketing and product teams. - Identify opportunities for partnerships and distribution channels. - Reporting & Analytics: - Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports. - Analyse trends to improve strategies and identify growth opportunities. - Report on competitive landscape and market shifts. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE - Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of Capital equipment sales experience in manufacturing domains; experience in metal additive manufacturing is an advantage. Exposure to the AM market in India in the Industry, Defence, and Academia. - Technical Proficiency: - In-depth knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies such as DED, LMJ, WAAM. - Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) and DFAM principles. - Skills: - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. - Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
