Sales Manager Mechanical Line (Design & Scaffolding)

As a Sales Manager for the Mechanical Line (Design & Scaffolding) based in Delhi- Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura, you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships in the industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, deliver technical solutions, and provide exceptional service to clients. Your key responsibilities will include sales & business development, technical support & solution selling, client relationship management, market analysis & strategy, as well as coordination & reporting. You will be expected to generate revenue through client acquisition, prepare technical proposals, leverage your knowledge of scaffolding systems for tailored solutions, maintain client relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, have at least 5 years of experience in technical sales, possess a strong understanding of scaffolding design standards, and be proficient in AutoCAD or design tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
