Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Life Insurance at our Noida office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks will include prospecting new clients, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Coordination with the internal team to streamline processes and training junior sales staff will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the life insurance sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience with financial planning and analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
