Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Vaara Retreat Pvt., located in Pune with travel to Bhor project site as needed, you will play a crucial role in driving direct and channel sales for NA plots and villas. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and brokers. You will also conduct site visits, follow-up meetings, and post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will strategize pricing, inventory movement, and positioning based on market trends while liaising with marketing and legal teams to maintain a consistent brand image.
