Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales, ideally within the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and leading sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role demands excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of solar products and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and increase market share in the solar industry. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to enhance their performance and achieve individual and collective sales goals. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives and support business growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business. Provide technical and commercial consultation to clients on solar PV modules, components, and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy), Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in the solar or renewable energy industry preferred. Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, BOS components, solar energy technologies, and market dynamics. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Experience in channel management, key account management, and large-scale project sales. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
