Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager who is great at sales, enjoys meeting new people, and can close deals with confidence . The role involves regular client visits and travel across Jharkhand and neighboring states such as Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, and Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities: Meet clients in person to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Travel regularly across assigned territories to generate new leads and business opportunities. Present and promote company products and services to new and existing customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Maintain detailed reports of visits, inquiries, and progress. Requirements: Proven track record in field sales or business development. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-focused. Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in B2B sales is an advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,469.75 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
