As a Regional Strategic Sales Manager at Cvent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration through strategic sales expertise, market analysis, relationship building, and proactive sales leadership. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Strategic Sales Expertise:** Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in strategic sales methodologies to identify key accounts, develop sales strategies, and execute plans for revenue growth. - **Market Analysis and Planning:** Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation, to develop strategic plans and identify new business opportunities within your region. - **Relationship Building and Account Management:** Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful sales outcomes. - **Solution-Oriented Approach:** Address specific needs and challenges of customers by collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with customers" goals. - **Proactive Sales Leadership:** Identify sales opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to drive sales initiatives, motivate your sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. - **Effective Communication and Presentation Skills:** Articulate the value proposition of products or services, negotiate and close deals, and influence key decision-makers with excellent communication and presentation skills. - **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and track key performance metrics. - **Strong Leadership and Team Collaboration:** Demonstrate strong leadership skills, collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders, align teams towards common goals, foster a culture of collaboration, and drive results through effective teamwork. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of Solution selling experience in enterprise accounts. - Mandatory Japanese Language expertise. - Minimum 5 or more years of Experience in the Japan Market. - End to End SASS sales experience. - Experience selling to and/or managing hotel accounts at the corporate level. - Familiarity with a high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environment. - Infectious passion about the benefits of technology and digital marketing. - Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Effective at integrating knowledge from prospecting, consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, operation/process flow, and product functions. - Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently while contributing to team initiatives.,
