Job Description:
An Automotive Sales Manager in an automobile dealership leads and motivates a sales team to achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and drive overall sales performance.
They are responsible for hiring, training, and coaching salespeople, as well as setting and monitoring sales goals.
