Role Description

This full-time role of Sales Manager - Industrial Product is an on-site position located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Strong Business Development skills and ability to identify new opportunities
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE IC or BE EC) or a related field
• Prior experience in industrial products is a plus
