We are looking for a high-impact, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field operations in [Specific Location - e.g., Delhi NCR]. A. Individual Sales & Client Relationship (The "Contender" Role)
You will be responsible for setting the pace and closing key, high-value registrations.
B. Team Leadership & Performance Management (The "Coach" Role)
You will lead, motivate, and manage your team of Field Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed their weekly/monthly registration targets.
