Role: Fulltime

The Opportunity :

We are looking for a high-impact, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field operations in [Specific Location - e.g., Delhi NCR]. This is a critical hybrid role where you will be expected to actively drive key individual sales targets while simultaneously building, coaching, and managing a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives.

You are not just a manager; you are our lead closer and field strategist.

Key Responsibilities (Dual Focus)

This role requires a proven ability to excel in two distinct areas: Individual Performance and Team Leadership.

A. Individual Sales & Client Relationship (The "Contender" Role)

You will be responsible for setting the pace and closing key, high-value registrations.

  • Lead Closures: Personally identify, negotiate, and successfully register high-value commercial properties or bulk deals that require senior-level persuasion.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with critical property owners and key decision-makers.
  • Market Strategy: Serve as the on-the-ground expert, providing real-time competitive intelligence to refine product and sales strategies.
  • Personal Quota: Meet a challenging, pre-defined Individual Sales Target (registration volume/value) alongside your team management goals.

B. Team Leadership & Performance Management (The "Coach" Role)

You will lead, motivate, and manage your team of Field Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed their weekly/monthly registration targets.

  • Recruitment & Training: Actively participate in the hiring and rigorous on-boarding of new Field Sales Executives.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Conduct daily check-ins, pipeline reviews, and personalized coaching to enhance team members' sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion skills.
  • Target Ownership: Own the overall Team Sales Quota for the assigned region/territory and implement strategies to ensure 100% target achievement.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data (CRM/reports) to track individual performance, forecast monthly registrations accurately, and implement corrective action plans for underperformer.
  • Process Excellence: Enforce disciplined use of CRM and ensure all team members follow the defined registration and reporting processes with high accuracy.

Compensation & Growth (UPDATED)

  • Salary Range: 50,000 80,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and leadership track record).
  • Incentives: Attractive, performance-based bonus structure tied to both Individual Closures and Overall Team Target Achievement.
  • Growth Path: Direct progression opportunities to Regional Sales Head or Zonal Manager roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Field Sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial, team lead, or supervisory role where both individual and team quotas were managed.
  • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Direct Sales, Real Estate, B2C Sales, or the Digital/Outdoor Media sector is highly preferred.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a field-based team in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills (Hindi, English, and local regional language is mandatory).
  • Data & Tech: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Mindset: Must be a "player-coach"a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, show the team how it's done, and take full ownership of results.
