Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement plans to meet sales targets for LAP & Home Loans.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of loan officers/DSAs for high performance.
Business Development:
Source new business through DSAs, builders, and connectors, and identify market opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal teams (Marketing, Operations).
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales data, analyze market trends, and provide reports to management.
Portfolio Quality:
Ensure high-quality loan applications and minimize rejections/delinquencies.
