Job Title: Sales Manager – Apartment/Flat Sales Location: Udaipur (On-site) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to drive apartment and flat sales at our Udaipur site. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with a passion for real estate and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in clients and explain project details. Conduct site visits and follow up with leads. Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions. Coordinate with marketing and back-office teams for lead support. Provide weekly updates on sales performance. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfortable working on-site and available on weekends if required. Self-driven and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of real estate processes and documentation.
