Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Kolkata market.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.

2. Market Development:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
• Promote Dellas offerings, including room bookings, events, and bespoke experiences.

3. Remote Coordination:

• Collaborate with the central sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with the team to align on sales strategies and objectives.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Manage existing client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including revenue achievements and client acquisition metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Kolkata sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong network within the Kolkata market, including corporate and travel industry connections.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage sales remotely.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
