Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and providing guidance on lead generation strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive housing finance landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of HL/Housing Loans/Mortgage Loans/Housing Finance concepts.
0-4 years of experience in Home Loan Sales or related field (preferably).
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
