Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Keus as a Sales Manager, responsible for developing and expanding networks through various channels such as architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and builders. Your primary focus will be to identify new projects in targeted locations, increase customer base, and maximize sales opportunities. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in this role. Your enthusiasm and dedication to achieving sales goals will play a crucial role in shaping the future of luxurious Smart living. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with Interior Design Architects (IDAs) to drive partnerships and sales opportunities. - Engage with key industry stakeholders to expand the company's network and generate leads from IDAs. - Conduct client demos to showcase the value and benefits of offerings, following up post-demonstration to close sales. - Meet individual performance targets and ensure effective handover processes. - Handle client escalations effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and retention. As a Manager: - Oversee the sales process, ensuring accurate and timely proposals are delivered. - Implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends, analyzing sales data to inform decisions. - Review and approve quotes and proposals prepared by team members. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Demonstrable sales management experience with a track record of exceeding targets. - Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities. - Industry knowledge in premium and luxury home interior products, familiarity with industry trends, and customer preferences.
