Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, and digital platforms.

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
  • Monitor performance and ensure the team meets its KPIs.
  • Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and provide guidance to improve conversion rates.
  • Handle escalations and support team members during negotiations.

3. Client Handling & Relationship Management

  • Meet potential buyers, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

4. Negotiation & Closure

  • Lead price negotiations and finalize deals.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, CRM, and registration teams for smooth booking and handover.
  • Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and documentation required for bookings.

5. Channel Partner / Broker Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners & real estate brokers.
  • Conduct CP meets, give project presentations, and ensure active partner engagement.
  • Track CP performance and manage incentive payouts.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and collections.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion ratio.
  • Share client feedback to support product enhancement and marketing improvements.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company policies.
  • Verify that all sales documentation is accurate and updated.
  • Coordinate with legal teams regarding agreement drafts, approvals, and other formalities.
