Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the plastic packaging industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling B2B clients, expanding market reach, and driving sales for PET jars, bottles, and caps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales strategies to increase revenue
• Generate and convert B2B leads across relevant sectors (FMCG, food, cosmetic, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate prices and close orders
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order execution
• Visit clients and attend relevant exhibitions or trade shows
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports

Key Skills:

• Solid understanding of the plastic packaging industry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently

Salary:

Based on experience and industry standards
