Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. You will play a critical role in helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties while delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Arrange property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and property offers
  • Negotiate prices and terms with buyers, sellers, and intermediaries
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Real Estate license/certification (as required by local laws)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
