Job Purpose:

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Gold Loan products and services to meet the bank's targets and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targetsIdentify potential customers and generate leads through various channelsBuild and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote the bank's Gold Loan productsConduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansionCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursementMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to managementTrain and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performanceStay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisionsMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge of Gold Loan products and servicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel within the assigned territory

Education Qualification

Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.Post-graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
