We are looking for a results-driven Sales candidate who excels in a dual-threat role. Your primary mission is two-fold
1. Convert high-quality leads provided by our marketing team quickly and efficiently.
2. Hunt and generate new business by leveraging your own network and prospecting skills.
This position is perfect for a sales professional who is both a skilled closer and a proactive hunter. You will be measured on your ability to manage the entire sales cycle with speed and precision.
Own the sales cycle from first contact to close, including follow-ups, negotiation, and contract signing.
Accurately forecast your sales activity and revenue in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff and delighted new clients.
1. You have 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
2. You are a Hybrid Sales Professional -You find equal satisfaction in efficiently closing warm leads and the thrill of hunting down new opportunities.
3. You are highly organized and time-sensitive, capable of prioritizing between provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize output.
4. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
5. You are resilient, persistent, and self-motivated. You don't wait for instructions; you create your own opportunities.
6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a must.
7. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS is advantageous.
