Job Description

Join us and build India’s first organized repair & e-waste ecosystem. Join Gadget Guruz as our Sales SME and shape the future of the circular economy.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales:
Drive partnerships with large RWAs, corporates, and facility management companies for repair + e-waste collection contracts.
Channel Development:
Build partnerships with distributors, recyclers, and refurbishers to expand our supply and collection network.
Government & Institutional Outreach:
Engage with government-approved recyclers, DISCOMs, and Smart City projects to secure MoUs/LOIs.
Revenue Ownership:
Define and execute sales strategies to meet aggressive quarterly targets.
Sales Playbooks:
Standardize outreach, pitch decks, and conversion workflows for the sales team.
Market Insights:
Act as the “voice of the customer” to guide the product/operations team for SERKIT and GG app improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10 years of
B2B/B2G sales experience
in:
Electronics / Appliances / Consumer Tech
Facility Management / Enterprise Solutions
E-waste, EV, or Circular Economy domains (preferred)
Proven track record of
closing high-value contracts
(₹50L+ annually).
Strong network with
corporates, RWAs, or government bodies
.
Hands-on with
consultative selling
— understands how to sell value, not just price.
Startup DNA: Comfortable with ambiguity, growth mindset, and ability to build from scratch.
