GENERALI CENTRAL INDIA GENERAL INSURANCE ( Formerly known as Future Generali India general insurance) Location - Begumpet ( Candidates having Min 1 year of Sales experience are preferred)  On role job   is a joint venture between the Generali Group, a 190-year-old legacy global insurance business with a 74% majority stake, and the Future Group. The Company was set up in 2006 to provide retail, commercial, personal, and rural insurance solutions to individuals and corporates to help them manage and mitigate risks. FGII broke even in FY 13-14 - a landmark achievement in just six years of operations. Qualification - 12 th pass &above  Designation ( ASM or SM)  On role job with all benefits ( Pf / Medical Insurance) Age Criteria - Min 24 years to 35 years  Gender - Males or Females can apply  Experience criteria - Min 1 Year sales exp is must & Mandatory  Salary structure - MIN 3 LPA to Max upto 4.24 LPA  (Fixed Travel allowances - 2600 rs per month ) (Mobile allowances - 500 rs per month - Employee should have postpaid connection ) Working time - Monday to Friday  Weekly off details ( 1st, 2 nd & 3 rd Saturdays & Sundays will be Holidays )  Incentives - 8% of total business generated by agents  Working hours - 9:30 am to 6 pm  Job profile  1- Recruitment of agents using self contacts / Field activities and through social media add postings. 2- IRDA Licensing of agents ( Product training & IRDA )  3- Business Generation through agents  4- Achieving monthly targets through agents  Regards  Recruitment Vendor Team
