Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the furniture industry, handle both B2B and B2C clients, and be target-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to drive promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage corporate and retail clients effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
