Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to target construction companies and clients, driving business expansion and revenue growth. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their project needs and requirements will be crucial. You will prepare project-specific commercial offer documents and technical presentations for clients, staying informed about market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Generating and managing a strong sales pipeline, diligently following up on leads and opportunities will be part of your role. Leading techno-commercial discussions with clients, providing expert guidance, and tailored solutions will also be essential. Collaboration with the marketing team to create impactful product events and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation is expected. Representing BII Formtek at industry events, exhibitions, and job sites to showcase our brand and product offerings is a key responsibility. Your profile should include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous). You should have proven experience (+7 years) in Sales management in the Formwork and Scaffolding industry/construction equipment. Knowledge of Formwork and Scaffolding systems, construction processes, and industry trends is required. Strong initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships and customer satisfaction are a must. A pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude that aligns with our brand values are desired. You should have the ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong brand-building skills and the ability to contribute to the growth and recognition of BII Formtek are expected. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools is necessary. Willingness to travel to various job sites and client locations as required is also part of the role.
