Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our banking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of banking products and services to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales executives (if applicable) to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in banking, BFSI, or financial sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
