We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in FMCG sales, specifically in Rice, to lead our sales operations in Bihar. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the FMCG market and proven success in driving sales growth in these categories.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets in the FMCG segment Rice.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure consistent growth and penetration in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and events to boost product visibility and sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically with Rice, Atta, and Dal products.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the FMCG market dynamics in Bihar, particularly in North Bihar.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain coordination and distribution management.
