Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: FitClub, Golf Course, Gurgaon

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales by reaching out to potential clients and converting leads.
• Conduct gym tours, showcasing FitClub’s equipment, services, and programs to prospective members.
• Build strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff to help them achieve their targets.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals.
• Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating with the fitness and customer service teams.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
