Sales Manager - Fitness

FitClub is looking for a target-driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team!

Your role will be to convert leads into loyal members, achieve sales targets, and ensure every client enjoys a great onboarding experience.

What you’ll do:

• Convert walk-ins, calls & online leads into memberships
• Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
• Build strong client relationships & deliver top-notch service
• Keep CRM updated with leads & conversions

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience (fitness/hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication & closing skills
• Goal-oriented & self-motivated
