Job Title: Business Manager / Sales Manager (Field Sales)

Location: Gurugram (Sector 42), Delhi, Noida (Sector 4)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented professionals for the role of Business Manager / Sales Manager in Field Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the financial services sector, particularly in retail lending products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans, or gold loans.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on driving high-value disbursements and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for home loans and related financial products through direct and channel-based sales efforts.
  • Manage and develop relationships with channel partners including real estate developers, property agents, and DSA networks.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (approx. ₹3 Cr disbursement)
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to drive conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate degree (mandatory).

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services (home loans, personal loans, business loans, gold loans).

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is an added advantage).

Age Limit: Candidates must be under 40 years of age.

Interest: Must have a strong inclination toward the home loan business.

Additional Information:

A 3-day certification training program will be conducted as part of the onboarding process. Clearing the certification is mandatory for final selection.

This role involves extensive field work; candidates must be comfortable with outdoor sales activities.

Interview Process:

Mode: Face-to-Face (Onsite at Corporate Headquarters – Gurugram)

Rounds: 3 Rounds (Initial Screening, Technical Discussion, Final HR Round)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
