Key Responsibilities: Luxury Business Development: Identify and target high-profile real estate developers specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Elite Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within the luxury real estate sector. Mandate Acquisition: Proactively secure mandates for FashionTV Real Estate brand licensing by showcasing the brands unique value proposition and prestige. High-Value Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract execution, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for clients. Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the luxury real estate market, competitor activities, and the evolving preferences of affluent clientele. Achieve Ambitious Sales Targets: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on securing a minimum of 2 high-value licensing deals per month. Geographic Market Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury real estate developers within designated geographic areas. Individual Contribution: Excel in an individual contributor role, demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and a commitment to excellence. Shortlisting Criteria (Mandatory): Luxury Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling high-value, luxury products or services, with a minimum individual ticket size of 5 crores. Premium Real Estate Developer Network: Extensive network of relationships with prominent luxury real estate developers. Individual Contributor (IC) Proficiency: Demonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role. Area-Specific Developer Knowledge Sales Target: In-depth knowledge of luxury developers within designated areas, with the ability to secure a minimum of 2 licensing deals per month. Qualifications Skills: Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the FashionTV brand. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with Builders within the city executives. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to travel as required.
