Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

Drive overall showroom sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue from walk-in customers, corporate clients, and bulk orders.
Monitor and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute seasonal offers, discounts, and promotions to boost sales.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Allocate sales targets to team members and ensure achievement.
Provide training and mentoring to sales staff on product knowledge, upselling, and customer handling.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and resolve issues.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Handle high-value clients and close major deals personally.
Address customer complaints, queries, and escalations promptly.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Showroom Operations

Oversee (floor operations, ensuring proper product display, cleanliness, and customer-ready environment with the showroom managers
)
Maintain competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and pricing.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and advertisements.
Report showroom sales performance, challenges, and forecasts to senior management.
Suggest strategies for inventory planning and new product launches.
Implement company policies, SOPs, and sales best practices across the team.
