Sales Manager – Export (Specialized in Rice)

Job Overview:
GSY International Groups is hiring a highly skilled Sales Manager – Export to lead our rice export division. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of international rice trade (especially basmati, non-basmati, and sella rice varieties), and strong experience working with global buyers, distributors, and freight partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage export sales strategies for rice across Asian, Middle Eastern, and African markets
• Identify and onboard new international buyers and agents
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close high-value export deals
• Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and quality control teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor global rice market trends and competitors
• Ensure full compliance with export regulations and customer country requirements
• Attend international trade shows and engage in global buyer meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales of rice or agricultural commodities
• Strong knowledge of rice varieties, international pricing, and quality grading
• Established buyer network in markets like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, or Africa is a plus
• Familiarity with export documentation (LCs, BLs, phytosanitary certs, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed
