Job Summary:

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and value-added services for B2B exhibitions (domestic and international).
  • Identify and target potential exhibitors in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, biotech, and health sectors.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships while expanding into new markets and sectors.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized packages that align with their marketing objectives.
  • Generate and manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote the event and establish contacts.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic feedback to management.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.




Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in B2B sales, especially exhibition space selling.
  • Prior experience in the

    pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device

    event sectors will be given strong preference.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
