Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team in Nashik and the surrounding region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies, driving aggressive revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, action plans, and targets to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals for the assigned territory/product line. Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to pinpoint new business opportunities and refine sales approaches. Contribute to the overall business development strategy and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives. Prepare and manage sales budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives/Officers/Team Leaders to achieve their individual and collective sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. Drive accountability within the sales team, ensuring adherence to sales processes, CRM discipline, and ethical selling practices. Participate actively in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent. Foster a positive, results-oriented, and collaborative sales culture. Sales Execution & Business Development Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, to deal closure. Directly manage key accounts and complex, high-value deals to ensure successful conversion and relationship building. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand market presence. Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions swiftly. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive performance reports for senior management, offering actionable insights. Ensure timely and accurate updating of CRM systems by the entire sales team.
