Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Manager – Plastics Industry Location: India Experience: 8 – 10 years in B2B sales, preferably in plastics, packaging, or industrial manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new B2B customers in targeted industry segments Promote and sell plastic-based products such as PET straps, multilayer PET sheets, thermoformed containers, and specialty polymer compounds Develop strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large-scale industrial users Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions Manage end-to-end sales process including inquiry handling, quotations, negotiations, and order closing Work closely with production, logistics, and R&D teams to deliver client-specific solutions Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools Candidate Must be currently based in Vadodara or nearby areas Show more Show less
