Sales Manager / Engineer-Water System

The incumbent for this position must possess a BE/B. Tech degree in Chemical/Mechanical, with a preference for an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Additionally, a key skill requirement is knowledge of equipment in the pharmaceutical industry. The primary scope of this role is business development within the Pharmaceutical Industries to promote our services effectively. Key responsibilities include identifying and covering markets to develop potential clients and convert them into sales. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of high purity water systems used in industrial large-scale production within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and food processing industries. Building strong relationships with these industries and companies is crucial. The incumbent is expected to retrieve market feedback, analyze it comprehensively, and implement effective strategies to penetrate business development and drive sales. Other responsibilities include identifying territories and industries, making cold calls, establishing and nurturing long-term profitable relationships with clients, and staying updated on technology developments, new business ventures, and competitors" activities. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring clients" organizational developments, upcoming ventures, and plans. The incumbent will be responsible for finalizing commercial terms and agreements with potential clients, actively participating in exhibitions, developing PR, and progressing marketing activities regularly.
