Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client relationships, and closing property sales.


Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Conduct client meetings and property site visits

• Pitch residential or commercial projects to potential buyers

• Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.


Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong sales and customer relationship abilities

• Target-driven mindset

• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus



Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or business development.
