Sales manager - Electrical panel

As a Sales Manager for Electrical Panels, your role will involve developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for various electrical products such as HT/LT panels, switchgear (ACB/MCCB/MCB), APFC, busducts, transformers, protection relays, and connected solutions. You will be responsible for planning customer coverage through existing and new accounts including end-users, panel builders, OEMs, contractors, and consultants. Your ownership of the sales funnel will include lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure. Meeting quarterly bookings and margin targets, managing sales forecasting, and ensuring CRM hygiene are also key aspects of your role. Building and nurturing relationships across project stakeholders and supporting channel partners will be crucial.
