As an Electrical Engineer for Site Execution, you will be responsible for supervising and executing electrical installations according to project drawings and standards at project sites across Uttar Pradesh. You will monitor the progress of electrical work ensuring quality and safety compliance, while also coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labor teams on-site. Your role will involve working closely with the Project Manager and design team to implement project plans, ensuring the timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower. It will be essential to maintain project timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget compliance throughout the project execution. In terms of technical documentation, you will prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material checklists, and site logs. You will also be responsible for verifying electrical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring their proper implementation on-site. Additionally, handling documentation related to inspections, testing, and commissioning will be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct various tests on electrical systems including cabling, panels, earthing, and load testing. It will be crucial to ensure that all systems meet safety standards and are ready for handover upon completion. Adherence to compliance and safety standards is paramount in this role. You will be required to follow safety protocols and ensure that all electrical installations comply with IS/IEC codes. Identifying site hazards and participating in risk mitigation planning will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical load calculations. Understanding of HT/LT panels, transformers, cabling, and grounding systems is essential. Strong communication and site coordination skills are crucial, as well as a willingness to travel or relocate to various project sites in Uttar Pradesh. Knowledge of the local language (Hindi) is preferred.
