Your Role & Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping effective learning solutions by:

• Identifying learning gaps, performance challenges, and learner needs
• Designing structured courses with clear learning objectives and impactful instructional strategies
• Creating engaging learning content such as

  e-learning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, job aids, and presentations

• Evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of

  instructional design frameworks

  (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with

  e-learning authoring tools

  (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and learner engagement

Work Model

• 5 days working from office

• Location:

  Mumbai
