Role & responsibilities - Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales plans to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition. Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs and ensure team members meet productivity and compliance standards. Market Development : Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key partners or organizations. Compliance & Training : Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and conduct regular training sessions for the team. Reporting : Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and share insights with senior management. Preferred candidate profile Graduate. 2-10 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, especially in personal loan sales. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
