Job Description

DSA Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed housing loan sales targets.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to DSAs.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with housing loan products, policies, and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the DSA team to achieve sales excellence.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of sales experience in housing loans or financial services, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and marketing acumen.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
