*Job Title: Sales Manager / Relationship Manager Home Loan & LAP*
Company: Housing Finance Limited
Experience: 2 to 7 years
CTC: Up to 8.5 LPA
Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Channel
Core Products: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
*Key Responsibilities:*
Source Home Loan and LAP business through DSA Channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
2–7 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.
Strong exposure to DSA sourcing and relationship management.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of credit underwriting parameters and market dynamics.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with good networking skills.
