Responsibilities
Ensure focused sales in the dealer territory
Motivating and building a strong team to meet the customer expectations
Reviewing the performance of the team and taking corrective measures
support customer care initiatives
Competencies
Team management and training skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Should have fair understanding of government policies and surrounding market activities
Strong analytical skills to analyse sales figures ,find weaknesses in the system ,Cost saving oppourtunities and redundancies.
