Sales Manager - Direct

You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling, while also enhancing and upgrading client relationships. Your role will involve retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business or referrals. Maximize sales through building a strong network and relationships within the market. You will need to develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals, ensuring that files are processed from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit for completion. Optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets and profitability in the area. Align with the team on generating leads for sales activities on the ground. Lead and supervise the team in implementing the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies. Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Use your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products to provide feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, as well as company-designed systems, processes, policies, and reports. As a Graduate in any discipline, you are expected to excel in this role by demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the sales and marketing landscape.,
